Add a local Baby runner. Improve SQL interaction. Used bulk instertion

into SQL and avoided duplicates. Removed scripts to put them into
another package. Created a PersistentDict object to compare to HDF5 in
terms of speed and disk space. Added the database module to the setup
file to use it on installation.
