Fixes #2 and removes Makefile: reundent

As mentioned in #5, it's useful to have some included examples to use as a starting point.

Usher's theme needed arbitrary font scaling, but no package provided it.

Added to upstream since I started this fork, where it's now the default.

It's available in CTAN so doesn't need to be bundled with edmaths 
anymore
